As part of Circular Hotspot 2017 in Luxembourg, Giny Laroche and Lidia Gryszkiewicz from The Impact Lab were invited to give a presentation about co-creation in practice to the international delegates. So what exactly is co-creation and how do we do it? To co-create is to jointly produce a mutually valued outcome. We work with different approaches across the range of co-creation intensity, but our ultimate objective always remains the same: leverage the most abundant resource – people. We are honoured that the keynote speaker of the Circular Hotspot, William McDonough, has showcased the work of The Impact Lab as best practice in his speech.
