LONG STORY SHORT

We are passionate about collaborative innovation. We combine (social) innovation management, research and advisory, service engineering, culture and event management, impact measurement, communication strategies, political advisory as well as business and territorrial strategic management expertise. We work very closely with our clients to co-design and co-run their collaborative innovation projects. Typically, we get involved very early in the process, helping you set up the collaboration process framework including the common vision, and then actively co-create the design of the collaborative innovation methodology and process, stakeholder management, collaboration approaches, progress monitoring, impact measurement and participation promotion. While we are very hands-on in our work, you can be sure to work with a proven science-based  approach. We have worked with and for the government, mutinationals, SMEs, academia, NGOs as well as local, regional, national and European public authorities. Most importantly, we have run well-received collaborative innovation processes including internationally acclaimed innovation labs ourselves. Our work has been featured in the national and international media and qualified as international best practice for citizen innovation.

As the co-founding partners, we design and manage each project on strategic level and closely supervise its execution. We collaborate closely with a network of trusted partners including professional freelance facilitators and content specialists (circular economy, climate action, culture, education etc.) so that we can seamlessly deliver large-scale projects for up to hundreds of participants and deliver projects designed specifically to meet your needs.
